I like the view

The bed was not clean there was a bleed on the blanket hot water facilities are not good it's time limited for 2 hours the breakfast is not up to the mark room heater was not provided when it was asked they have asked additional services

location was outskirts and nothing to cherish about. balcony was not good

service was not there at all

The property is in the heart of the oaty And the property maintained very well and clean

The break fast is minimal and good quality The vegetable curry and poori I like very well

Food is really good and higiene..

Centre of the city to cover all the places

Hot water is a hit and miss, it is mentioned that it is available during certain times but was not available even in those times.

The staff were too good and owner also never force us to vacate the room once it’s checkout time . They give us the freedom and time to vacate. A pleasant stay?❤️

Kettle was a bit dirty, but yeah we can clean it tough

Great location and friendly staff!I had a pleasant stay overall. The location is convenient and easy to access, and the staff were warm and welcoming throughout. There was a minor issue with water availability during my stay, but the team responded quickly and resolved it efficiently, which I really appreciated.

These people will take the booking in your app and after words they will ask for money as advance..

Very irresponsible staff and very careless in taking booking. They will take booking from app and after words ask for money as advance if they need money as advance means they can mention it in there app itself without mentioning about advance how can v trust them by getting a call and asking money... Vere irresponsible staff ever.. Very bad experience i had

Breakfast was so good and delicious mainly idlly chutney

No towels provided and no tea bags provided until we ask only downside rooms was available

Breakfast is awesome. This is best of the stay. I thank management for this as this is shows the humanity.

The room booking with number of person didn’t accommodate their bed arrangements.

Location is next to a very good chocolate shop.

I had selected a room with balcony but the ground floor balcony room is facing a brick wall with a plastic tank at the top. Not what anyone would call a balcony view.

So bad exprience. Hot water not provided 24x7. Everything have to inform twice or more then staff given response. I request you to refund 30% amount that I paid them for bad service

The location is very convenient , and can connect to most of the attractions to i wanted to connect. Overall it is clean and good breakfast

It would have been better if the restaurant section was able to serve dinner as well. I could spot few dusts in the bed which made me little bit not okay about the cleanliness of bed.

No Ventilation...No Cleanliness...Towels given are old and torned ones...Only Tamil Channels...Kitchen is unhealthy...

One pf the room’s wall was completely damp and paint was chipping off

The breakfast was decent. The TV in the room did not work or rather they were not subscribed to any channels, which was frustrating given that you couldn’t even watch the news for a few mins.

Good infra and clean rooms good staff breakfast is excellent

Hot water problem need to wait so long wasting water and time. Drinking water not available in first floor a small fan is suggested
